The paper presents the outcome of miniature circuit breaker time-current curve measurements for a non-sinusoidal current. The measurements were conducted using a research stand being an isolated electrical installation, providing full control of both power supply and load. The achieved results indicate the current waveform impact on circuit breaker operation, specifically on its time-delay overcurrent element.
